To pay for your cap/gown, please have your invoice number (mailed home in November) ready and visit.

Senior Fees will be $75.  This will include cap, gown, tassel, diploma, cover and senior dues.  If students do not participate in graduation, the fee will be $25.  This will cover the cost of the diploma and cover.

Senior Profile

All seniors are required to complete a Senior Profile and turn it in to their counselor to be eligible for any scholarships. Senior profiles are due to your counselor by December 1, 2020..

Meet with Your Counselor
Make an appointment for your senior meeting with your counselor. Items that will be discussed include your senior contract, plans after high school, college admissions, and career explorations. Graduation Invitations and Announcements

Please visit the Josten's website to pick out invitations and announcements.  Josten's will return on April 14 with orders.  Only cash will be accepted on 4/14.  Payment by card or check must be done by 3/30.  Please call 706.226.6555 to make your payment via card.

The Georgia Student Finance Commission is now going to require students to complete the FAFSA application to get HOPE. The HOPE application is no longer available.


*Must be a Georgia resident pursing a diploma or certificate program at a technical college
*Pays a percentage of tuition determined yearly
*Must maintain a 3.0 GPA in college

*Be a Georgia resident pursuing a degree program
*College Prep student must have a 3.0 GPA on academics only
*Tech Prep diploma recipients must graduate with a 3.2 GPA on academics only
*Pays a percentage of tuition at public schools
*Pays $1800 per semester toward private schools (amount may change yearly)
*Must complete FAFSA

*Pays toward private schools only
*Amount varies from year to year

*Based on financial need
*If eligible, provides up to $5550 toward college expenses yearly
