Dawson County High School Graduation Rate Soars Above State Average for 2024!
The Georgia Department of Education recently released high school graduation rates for 2024, and Dawson County continues to excel. With a remarkable 95.44% graduation rate for the Class of 2024, our district maintains an impressive 5-year average of 95%. This is a testament to the sustained excellence in our schools, with a notable 15.94% improvement in graduation rates over the past twelve years, rising from 79.5% in 2013 to today’s outstanding 95.44%.
Dawson County’s graduation rate significantly outpaces the state average of 85.4%, underscoring the dedication of our entire community to equipping our students for a bright future.
