Overview
The DCHS chess club provides students with the opportunity to enhance their strategic thinking and problem-solving skills while enjoying the game of chess. The club fosters a sense of community, allowing students to collaborate and learn from one another. Students can develop patience and concentration, which are valuable skills both on and off the chessboard. Students who are new to chess can observe and learn from others.
